We specialize in custom experiences! If you haven’t seen exactly what you are looking for check out some of the additional opportunities we offer below.
Sight-seeing and Sea Kayaking and/or Hiking
This is one of the greatest ways to experience Prince William Sound. The trip is customized to each groups’ preferences. In general, we hire the water taxi for the day set off looking for whales, porpoise, and sea lion haul-outs. We land and have a great lunch and wander the beaches, then hop in the kayaks and spend some time with the seals and ice in front of the tidewater glaciers. If sea kayaking isn’t your thing then we can hike next to glaciers, wander through the temperate rainforest, or do a ridge hike.
This trip is dependent upon water taxi availability. Please call or email for availability.
Advanced Day Trips
With the right skillset and weather forecast, we can take advantage of the some very dynamic water not far from Whittier. Each trip is dependent upon the tide and weather for that day.

River Kayaking in Sea Kayaks
Sea kayaks are amazing vessels for running the right rivers. There are so many great river opportunities in Alaska whether it’s for the day or multi-day trips like our “Source to Sea” trips. The scenery is always spectacular and the current is always with you!
Powerboat Supported Sea Kayaking Expeditions
With the charter boat loaded the only thing left to do is board the vessel and relax in the enclosed cabin while the captain begins showing you the highlights of Prince William Sound.
Luxury while “roughing it” Tents and cush sleeping accommodations, cooking and dining shelters, coolers, collapsable tables and chairs, and a tented bathroom offers all the comforts of home nestled between the ocean and the forest.
Camp is broken down in the morning while we spend the day paddling, hiking, sight seeing, or any combination off these options. Whatever the day entails, camp will be awaiting our arrival. There is no better way to see the rich diversity of wilderness and wildlife throughout the Sound: humpbacks, orcas, dall porpoise, sea lions, seals, sea otters, river otters, mountain goats, deer, black bears, oyster catchers, kittiwakes, harlequins, mures, pigeon guillemonts, sandpipers, bald eagles, anenomes, chitons, muscles, jelly fish, hermit crabs, star fish, limpets, cedar, spruce, hemlock, skunk cabbage, fireweed, columbine, marsh marigold, bluebells, tidewater piedmont, and hanging glaciers…… Like the potential for exploration in Prince William Sound, the diversity is virtually endless.
